"Villa Oasis Paraiso (Oasis of paradise) is a modern villa set within its own walled garden behind large wooden doors which seclude it from the rest of the owner’s 30,000 sq mts of land and his two other properties. The owner, a creative designer for magazines, has fashioned an environment for those who want to relax in comfort in very attractive surroundings. Around the pool area there is a lush green garden with palm trees, bougainvilleas, hibiscus and fruit trees and there are various covered terraces for those who seek shade, as well as the open terraced area by the pool or the roof terrace for those who prefer sun. It is just a short distance to the nearest beaches, the closest being 600m away and the prettiest about 2 km away. On entering via the large wooden doors, there is shaded parking for two cars and a short path takes you onto the long arched verandah-terrace which stretches around most of the house. The front door leads into a hallway off which is the living room with comfortable sofas set around the fireplace, and french windows onto the terrace. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped for those who enjoy cooking and also has a wide window onto the verandah. The three bedrooms lead off the hall and one has its own ensuite bathroom; all the beds have mosquito nets for extra comfort. The house is tastefully decorated with a mixture of modern furniture and antiques which give a pleasing overall impression of ‘casual luxury’, and photographs, prints and oil-paintings adorn many of the walls. At the far end of the hall there is a door which leads out into the garden area at the back of the house. The barbecue area just outside the kitchen has a large dining table and chairs situated on a wide part of the covered terrace just around the corner from the pool area. The pool is just 12m from the house and has plenty of lounging space in sun or shade.

"This well appointed villa is situated just above the heart of the quiet village of El Pinar, with the coast, beaches and full facilities only a short drive away. The house is extremely spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with patios on three sides offering both sun or shade all day long. The house is built on two levels with all the living accommodation and two of the bedrooms on the upper ground floor, and the master bedroom with its superb ensuite bathroom on the lower ground level. Exterior steps lead up to the terrace at the front of the house where a covered section invites dining alfresco. All the terraces are enclosed, making the house safe for children. A minutes stroll will take you in to the village square behind which is the English run bar 'Bar El Pinar' which serves snacks. The bar features a huge swimming pool which is available during the summer months, full use of which is included in the rental; the bar is open all year. This corner of enchantment remains unspoilt, yet has something for everyone with water sports, caving, geology, birdwatching, rambling, horse riding, golf, bowls, tennis, stargazing or just lazing in the sun all near to hand. Granada and the Sierra Nevada are just three hours drive away.

"This single storey house is set in a peaceful location surrounded by farmland and woods and, although its position, 1 km off the road along a private track, feels quite remote, it is only about 25 km from the wonderful city of Córdoba.
As this is a Spanish owned house, the interior reflects this taste with a huge open fireplace, decorative wall tiles, antique farming implements and the occasional stags head adorning the walls. As with so many Spanish houses there is no oven in the kitchen, but there is a gas hob and outside on the spacious sun terrace there are two large brick and marble tables and a large brick-built barbecue with plenty of free firewood to encourage you to enjoy the real taste of country living. When the sun is really hot there is a full sized awning which can be pulled over to give shade.
The swimming pool is built out from the front terrace and although it has a barrier around the far side of it, small children should be monitored as they could slip under. Please note: there are steep drops from the pool. In the field below the pool there is a rough football pitch and there is also a fairly old basket ball net, swing and a ping-pong table. As this is truly a rural property the light is supplied by solar power and big back up batteries and all the other appliances are run by gas.

"Situated just 800m from the beach, the owner has lovingly built this house in the style of an old Andalucían fishing cottage but with all modern conveniences included. With its 50cm thick stone walls and old Spanish roof tiles, the house is well insulated as an old cottage would traditionally be, keeping it nice and cool in summer and warm in winter.
It is set in its own private garden with pine, orange and olive trees and some flowering shrubs. An original Moorish front door opens from the front terrace into the open-plan living room, off which is the dining area and a superb fitted kitchen which is well equipped. The interior is light and airy and the quality furnishings provide a high standard of comfort throughout. The CD-stereo system is wired to each room so that music may be heard wherever you go and there is satellite television too. "Hornacheulos is a small town about 45 minutes drive from Córdoba and an hour from Seville, so it is well positioned for exploring these two marvellous cities as well as the surrounding countryside with its many rivers and lakes.
The house lies behind a gated entrance and is situated in the town itself within a few moments’ walk from shops and bars. There is plenty of private parking space and four steps up from the drive separate this from the front of the house where a wide terrace is partly covered giving plenty of shade for eating al fresco.
Although it is a modern building, the interior is very typically Spanish, with an open fireplace in the sitting room. The living room and double bedroom have the added benefit of air conditioning, and the house has a well appointed, modern fitted kitchen in. The swimming pool is set slightly away from the house to the side of the driveway and, as this is built into the terrace, there are unprotected sides which mean that children must be supervised for safety.
